Week 49 (December 04 – December 10) – Holiday Challenge

Week 3 of the C2 Holiday Challenge,

Monday Morning Rest day, took the dog for a long walk.

Tuesday morning at the work gym, woke up late and missed the spin class, so did a 10,000m steady state UT2 piece instead.

Shower, breakfast and up to my desk for an 09:00 meeting.

Tuesday evening rowing, 12,000m low HR steady state row while waiting for the others to arrive

1,931m (9:09.1) warm up, This piece also took me over the 100,000m line for the C2 Holiday Challenge.

2 x 12 minutes @ 26spm UT1 1:30r

Good piece, had to keep an eye on the heart rate and not let it go too high and reign the pace back a bit as a result.

Core session 1:00 V-Sit, Plank, Dead Bug, Side Plank Left and Right with 30 Bicycle kicks between each exercise, finished off with some stretching (30,191m for the day).

Wednesday morning rest day, took the dog for a long walk.

Thursday morning in the work gym, 1,132m (6:01.1) warm up, then a 26 minute spin class, followed by a 10K ‘cool down’

Shower, breakfast and up to my desk for an 09:00 meeting.

Thursday evening rowing, 20,000m waiting fr everyone else to turn up, failed to save from the app, so entered into the logbook manually.

3 x 10:00, 1:30r @ 24spm UT2

Hardly a worthwhile UT2 piece, but that is what the group chose.
