Second week of calisthenics, I started to get a bit more adventurous
- Wall Push Ups – 3 x 50
- Knee Tucks – 3 x 25
- Incline Push Ups – 3 x 10
The next session I decided to include some progressions
- Vertical Pulls – 3 x 40
- Shoulder Stand Squats – 3 x 50
- Short Bridges – 3 x 50
- Horizontal Pulls – 3 x 5
- Bench Assisted Squats 3 x 40
My daughter came home for Easter with a cold, that my wife had over Easter and now I had come down with it, which pretty much wiped me out for the entire Bank Holiday weekend.
The Concept 2 season restarts on the 1st May.
Here is the monthly summary for my 2021/2022 season (it starts in August because that is when I bought the RowErg).
Personal best ranked workouts for the season:
During the month of April I managed a total of 105 hours of exercise, walked 464km climbed 210 flights of stairs, cycled 15km, ran 10km and rowed 308km.
By the end of the month my weight was 14 Stone 9lb (205lb/93kg), no loss.
