Having priced this one up buying parts from Ebay, I believe this can be built, including motors for about £300.00.
Here is a revision of an earlier design – more like a typical Mini Mill.
I originally drew it with TBRxx bearing blocks, but was about to replace them with Oilites and SKxx mounts.
