As with most of their courses, this is an 8 week course that starts off with a time trial to set the baseline for the various workouts that follow.<\/p>\n<p>I set a new PB on my time trial for the 2K 101 course on 2nd February of 7:18.4 (1:49.6\/500m) which places me in the 85th percentile.<\/p>\n<p>The 2K 101 course includes a variety of distance as well as sprint type workouts with 3 mandatory and 2 optional workouts each week.<\/p>\n<p>On 6th February I did 3 laps of the <a href=\"https:\/\/zwiftinsider.com\/route\/innsbruckring\/\">Innsbruck Ring<\/a> circuit for a total of 26.74km and 231m of elevation in 55:21 with a best time of 16:36 for a circuit and 1:46 for the &#8216;Leg Snapper&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Innsbruck-Ring.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-66 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Innsbruck-Ring-300x162.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Innsbruck-Ring-300x162.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Innsbruck-Ring-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Innsbruck-Ring.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next I did the <a href=\"https:\/\/zwiftinsider.com\/route\/two-bridges-loop\/\">Two Bridges Loop<\/a> for a total of 7.12km and 80m of elevation in 16:03.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Two-Bridges.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-67 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Two-Bridges-300x164.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"164\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Two-Bridges-300x164.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Two-Bridges-768x420.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Two-Bridges.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On 20 February I did the <a href=\"https:\/\/zwiftinsider.com\/route\/rgv\/\">R.G.V. in France<\/a>, 24.1km and 1km lead in for a total of 25.09km with 133m of elevation in 47:14.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/RGV-France.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-68 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/RGV-France-300x162.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/RGV-France-300x162.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/RGV-France-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/RGV-France.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On 27 February I did the <a href=\"https:\/\/zwiftinsider.com\/route\/greatest-london-loop\/\">Greatest London Loop<\/a>, 25.6km with 0.5km lead in for a total of 25.88km with 322m of elevation in a time of 1:04:38.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Greatest-London-Loop.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-69 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Greatest-London-Loop-300x162.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Greatest-London-Loop-300x162.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Greatest-London-Loop-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Greatest-London-Loop.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the month of February I managed a total of 69 hours of exercise, walked 273km climbed 212 flights of stairs, cycled 85km and rowed 169km.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of the month my weight was 14 Stone 13lb (209lb\/95kg), no loss and no gain for this month.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Having spent the last month doing challenges, I decided to give one of the courses within The Crew at Dark Horse Rowing a try, I also decided to have a few days break from rowing throughout the month.
