I finally took my single down to Janousek at the end of October to have it repaired.<\/p>\n

The insurance company took forever to pay out to cover the repair costs, but it was finally all sorted just before Christmas.<\/p>\n

Today was the first day I had available to go and collect it.<\/p>\n

Back at the boat club<\/p>\n

Boat feels a little heavier and centre of mass feels like it has moved slightly towards the rear, but I will be able to tell better when I am not also carrying the cover.<\/p>\n

I probably won’t use it much, a few trial outings, race it at Gloucester Head in March, then leave it at Gloucester for my son to use.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
