Around the middle of the month I noticed a new arm was available for the RowERG that allowed a tablet to be placed below the performance meter, this was being sold as a standard part with all new RowERGs and was also available as a retrofit<\/a> item for existing machines for $25.00 from the US shop or \u00a323.00 from the UK shop.<\/p>\n

I had wanted one of these since I first noticed them but had to wait a while until they were available in the UK.<\/p>\n

As soon as they were available I ordered one, along with a deluxe seat pad<\/a> and a Crew T-Shirt<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Fitting the arm in place of the old one took no more than 10 minutes while using the very easy to follow instructions.<\/p>\n

Hot on the heels of the Fall Team Challenge<\/a> was the Skeleton Crew Challenge<\/a>, where you need to row more than 31,000m between 25 and 31 October to claim the certificate.<\/p>\n

Most of my entries for this involved a 2K warm up, a 10K row whilst watching an episode of something on my iPad secured in the new device holder streamed from my Plex server and then a 2K cool down.<\/p>\n

In total I rowed 66,668m for the challenge, I was aiming for 66,666, but ended up just slightly over.<\/p>\n

\"Skeleton<\/a><\/p>\n

During the month of October I managed a total of 63 hours of exercise, walked 485km climbed 283 flights of stairs, cycled 0km and rowed 387km.<\/p>\n

By the end of the month my weight was 15 Stone 4lb (214lb\/97kg), a loss of 6lb (2.7kg).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
