seconds on the first one, couldn&#8217;t match it on the others &#8211; too tired from this morning&#8217;s HM<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday morning rowing, Dark Horse Mountain Challenge Week 2 &#8211; &#8211; North America (I chose to do it as a UT1 interval workout with 2:00 rest).<\/p>\n<p>2,000m (9:40.2) warm up, then onto the mountains.<\/p>\n<p><a tomorrow, took the dog for a nice long walk.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday morning Weybridge Silver Sculls (see separate post).<\/p>\n<p>Sunday morning 2,011m (9;39.0) warm up for masters rowing, 8+ #4 seat, technical session 18spm concentrating on sitting up, not over extending, timing and strong core (11,182m).<\/p>\n<p>Wandered into Staines after a cup of tea and had breakfast at The George Weatherspoon&#8217;s pub before heading back to the boathouse.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday afternoon leisure rowing, leisure 2x, bow seat, lovely row with Joanna (4,713m).<\/p>\n<p>70,284m this week for the <a href=\"https:\/\/log.concept2.com\/challenges\/ftc\">C2 Fall Team Challenge<\/a>, which added to my previous total of 205,244m puts me at 275,528m at the end of the challenge.<\/p>\n<p><a
