May 1) &#8211; Calisthenics, Rowing Season Stats"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Second week of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Calisthenics\">calisthenics<\/a>, I started to get a bit more adventurous<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wall Push Ups &#8211; 3 x 50<\/li>\n<li>Knee Tucks &#8211; 3 x 25<\/li>\n<li>Incline Push Ups &#8211; 3 x 10<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The next session I decided to include some progressions<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vertical Pulls &#8211;
