It was missing the feet, but for that price I was not complaining.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Dip-Bar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-134 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Dip-Bar-267x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Dip-Bar-267x300.jpg 267w, https:\/\/blog.hslracing.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2022\/04\/Dip-Bar.jpg 713w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 267px) 100vw, 267px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I started my first week of <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Calisthenics\">calisthenics<\/a>, using the level 1 options from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.co.uk\/Convict-Conditioning-Weakness-Using-Survival-Strength-ebook\/dp\/B004XIZN5M\">Convict Conditioning<\/a> plan.
