The supplier of the Dibond only cut the skins to size, they did not cut out any of the details.<\/p>\n<p>The most involved piece is probably the front panel, this is the design as provided with the skins plan.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">The first step was to cut out the rectangle for the edge of the lid, this was done using a track saw for the long cut and a hand saw for the short edges and cleanup in the corners.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Next I marked out all of the slots and drilled them top and bottom.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">I was intending to rout the slots, and while I have several suitable 4mm milling cutters, none of them fit the collet in my palm router, so it looks like I am doing this manually!<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;
